Payment Policy

The administration staff will be happy to advise you of the consultation fee upon booking an appointment over the telephone. 

Please be aware that fees will vary depending on both the Specialist and the type of consultation.

Fees are outlined in the Fees and Charges section of each individual specialist’s profile page on our website.

Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

The administration team will make your Medicare claim at the time of payment and the refund will be sent directly to you after processing.

Surgical fees are billed directly to the Health Insurance Providers.

If you anticipate difficulties in meeting your consultation fee costs,  it is important that you raise you concerns with the administration team at the time your appointment is made.

Fee changes are determined by the Specialists and NOT the administration team.

Failure to attend your appointment without notification 24 hours prior to your appointment time, may incur a $50 fee.

 

 

Treatment Room Fees

Various procedures that are performed in the Treatment Room will incur a facility fee to cover the cost of the use of the room and some consumable items.

Specific consumables may incur an additional fee.

This fee is payable on the day of the procedure.  There is no Medicare rebate for these charges
