Dr Tracey Walmsley was born and raised in the United Kingdom and studied dentistry at Birmingham University, UK. In 1997 Tracey gained her UK Fellowship in dental surgery (FDS RCPS).
Whilst developing her skills Tracey also spent 4.5 years practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery. In 1996/1997 she organized and implimented a dental clinic in a regional hospital in Uganda, later training healthcare workers in Nepal. Whilst residing in China for 9 years, Tracey taught undergraduate and post-graduate dentists before settling in Australia.
Tracey has lived in Albany for 9 years and works at the dental clinic on the Albany health campus and regularly performs dental surgery at the Albany Regional Hospital under general anaesthesia.
Tracey has been a committed sportswoman, representing Great Britain in gymnastics, but more recently soccer refereeing.
